I’m Zoe Klein, a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW), therapist, and coach.
I’ve personally walked the path of binge eating recovery while navigating the early years of motherhood. I know what it’s like to feel trapped in your body and overwhelmed by the advice. That’s why I combine my clinical training with a lived understanding to meet you where you are—with no shame, no pressure, and no generic plans.
