I use evidence-based approaches like ACT, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to explore root causes and help you regulate your appetite.
1:1 Coaching – $6500/3 months (payment plans available)
We’ll co-create a sustainable food relationship, ditch the noise, and practise real-life strategies for stress eating, parties, and more.
